- Starter: For growing restaurants

User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation
To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Account Types

Restaurant Owner Responsibilities
Restaurant Information
As a restaurant owner, you agree to:
- Provide accurate restaurant information (name, address, contact details)
- Maintain current operating hours and availability
- Honor confirmed reservations made through our platform
- Respond to reservation requests in a timely manner
- Treat customers with respect and professionalism
Reservation Management
- You are responsible for managing your restaurant's capacity and availability
- You must promptly update any changes to operating hours or closures
- You agree to honor the reservation policies you set in your account
- You are responsible for any no-show or cancellation policies you implement
Customer Data
- You may only use customer data for reservation-related purposes
- You must protect customer information and not share it with third parties
- You agree to comply with applicable data protection laws
Customer Responsibilities
Reservation Accuracy
When making reservations, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact information
- Specify the correct party size and any special requirements
- Arrive on time for your reservation
- Cancel reservations you cannot honor with reasonable notice
Restaurant Policies
- You agree to comply with individual restaurant policies
- You understand that restaurants may have their own cancellation and no-show policies
- You acknowledge that reservation confirmation does not guarantee specific seating arrangements

Restaurant and Customer Interactions
- We are not responsible for disputes between restaurants and customers
- We do not guarantee restaurant service quality or availability
- Restaurants are independent businesses responsible for their own operations
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DineHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you submit to the Service

Governing Law

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DineHub regarding the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver

Assignment
